2. Speed Chess Friending Rounds:

   - Participants are divided into two groups: "White" and "Black."

   - Each group sits at separate tables, facing each other.

   - A series of speed chess games are played between participants.

   - At the end of each round (5 minutes), one group (e.g., "White") remains seated, while the other group (e.g., "Black") rotates to the next table.
  - If a game at a table wasn't finished before the end of a round, a new person at a table finishes this game.
  - The amount of rounds depends on the number of participants.

   - Participants mark their scorecards to keep track of their interest in potential matches.

3. Intermission:

   - After several rounds, a brief intermission allows participants to stretch, relax, and enjoy light refreshments.

   - Participants can also use this time to chat with individuals they found particularly interesting during the speed chess rounds.

4. Closing and Match Notifications:

   - As the event concludes, participants return their scorecards to the organizers.

   - The organizers analyze the scorecards to identify mutual matches and shared interests.

   - Match notifications are sent via email, connecting individuals who expressed mutual interest.
